My name is Amanda and I would love to help guide you through one of the most exciting experiences of your life. With that said, are you interested in having a coordinator on hand to make sure your wedding ceremony runs smoothly? Do you want your family, friends, and most importantly you and your groom to enjoy your once in a life time occasion with out worrying about the countless things that need to be done during a wedding? If you said "YES" than I can help to make that happen for you. Here are just a few of the areas that I can help to ensure your wedding runs on schedule and everyone has fun:
Consultation: We will sit down and go over your specific needs and determine a game plan to achieve this.
Rehearsal: I believe in being there to make sure your needs are conveyed, the rehearsal goes smoothly, and the bride and groom feel comfortable about the wedding process.
Pre-Ceremony
I will arrive when the bride arrives at the wedding venue.
Make sure all your vendors are accounted for and ready to perform.
Help with any last minute setting up and directing vendors.
Make sure the Photographer is taking the pre-wedding shots you requested.
Unity candle tapers are lit; Unity cup has water and is in place, etc.
Music is playing at appropriate times.
Ushers are seating friends and family on the correct sides.
Bride and Groom/Wedding Party
Check in with Groom/Groomsmen to be sure they have what they need.
Check in with Bride/Bridesmaids to be sure they have what they need.
Ensure the Ring Bearer/Flower Girl have what they need.
Make sure the immediate family members are comfortable.
Ceremony
Ensure the Reverend, Groom, and Groomsmen are at the altar on time.
Triggering the procession.
Advising the Bride when it is time to walk down the isle
Music playing at appropriate times
Post-Ceremony
Que the Recessional.
Make sure everyone exits on cue and in order.
Form the receiving line.
Direct guests to reception area.
Assure the Photogapher is taking the post wedding shots you requested and people of interest are present.
Assuring that the vendors are doing their jobs and everyone is happy.
More or less as needed… My service depends on your needs prior and during your special day! I can not simply list all your needs. I can, although, assure you, if you convey your wishes for your special day, I will be there to help make it happen.
Being helpful, but not intrusive, is my main goal. I have been a part of many ceremonies and I am confident that I can do what is needed to help you enjoy your special day. My soul purpose is to ensure that the only thing you are thinking of is your love for one another and the marriage you are about to create.
